Shipping policy

Georgia Louise Accessories currently ships only to the UK. Due to GPSR regulations we are unable to ship to Europe at the moment. 

Standard shipping costs are detailed at checkout and UK orders typically takes 2-3 working days once shipped. Please note, this doesn’t include lead time for made to order items which is 2-3 weeks.

Georgia Louise Accessories is not liable for any customs, duties or import taxes for orders going outside of England, Scotland and Wales. All items are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid. You can find your local customs charges on your country’s government website.

Returns Policy 

Georgia Louise Accessories accepts returns on all items unless they have been personalised. You must let us know a maximum of 14 days after receiving your items that you need to return. Items must be returned in the condition they were received in, otherwise, a refund cannot be processed. Personalised orders may only returned if it is faulty or damaged, you have 14 days to inform us and 28 days from your delivery date to return your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must have all labels and tags still attached and must remain unwashed, unsoiled and in its original condition (even if damaged). 

Please ship your item(s) back to us within 28 days of your delivery date. If you would like to process a return, please email georgialouiseaccessories@hotmail.com

You must cover the shipping costs for returning your item(s), however, if the item is faulty or damaged, we will refund this cost once it has arrived back to us. 

We recommend returning your items with a tracked service to ensure the item is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for lost items if the service is not tracked. 

Once we have received your return it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria, we will notify you via email as to whether you have been approved for a refund. 

Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment you used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed and be visible on your bank statement.
